We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@ctsp.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For defective products - This happens when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way. There is no cost to our customer

For customer remorse- This happens when the customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or they no longer want the item. There is no cost to our customer

If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, we will accept returns within 30 days after purchase for a full refund. a purchase invoice or packing slip is required. Please note that special and Customize orders are considered final sales and are non-refundable. We accept free returns on all orders.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order for free Charge within 12 hours of placing your order by replying to the order confirmation email. You can then cancel as long as the product has not been shipped. Once the product is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled 


If you meet the "Cancel order" conditions, you will receive your refund within 5-7 business days.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
